Automotive Sales Representative (PDR Services) Status PDR -- Dallas, TX Status PDR is one of the fastest-growing Paintless Dent Repair companies in Dallas. We specialize in hail damage repairs, door dings, minor collision dents, wraps, and interior upgrades. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to help customers get their vehicles restored with zero stress.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers at the shop or in the field (car dealerships, body shops, events)
• Educate customers on PDR and repair options
• Provide estimates & walkthrough of insurance claim process
• Capture customer contact info & follow-up until close
• Build relationships with dealerships, renters, and local drivers
• Represent Status PDR professionally on-site and online
• Use CRM or tracking tools to log customers

Requirements

• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable talking to new people and closing deals
• Willing to learn automotive & insurance claim basics
• Sales experience preferred (not required -- we train)

Compensation

We offer competitive commission-based pay with uncapped earnings. Typical reps earn: $5,000 - $12,000+ / month depending on performance. Commission structure examples:
