Overview

Five Star Improvements Inc is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our new inside sales team. As an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the sales efforts of our company and ensuring customer satisfaction. At Five Star Improvements , we believe the path to success is through our people. Inside Sales Representatives who show initiative, exceed their quotas, and display a positive attitude will have the potential to advance to other sales positions. This is an entry level position, but all candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and follow-up activities
• Build a book of business through cold calling/warm calling/hot calling
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Accurately enter and maintain customer information in our CRM system
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Continuously learn about new products, services, and industry trends
• Assist the Customer Service team during select periods of time

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Utilize marketing generated leads to create sales opportunities
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation
