Insurance Agent - $44,000 Base + Commission + Lifetime Renewals Start Date: 02/16/2026 On Target Earnings for mid tier producers: At Missouri Insurance Advisors our agents, meaning you sell a policy once and get paid a monthly residual when the policy renews year over year. Your income is almost guaranteed to grow year over year due to this! Year 1: $81,000 Year 2: $97,000 Year 3: $111,000 Our top producers consistently win carrier trips to places like Mexico, Argentina, Italy, Iceland and top destinations around the world. Job Expectations: This is a phone sales position, but we never cold call, ever. We work very hard on dialing in our marketing and even produce a lot of inbound opportunities. On average, our agents make 43 outbound dials per day and take 11 inbound calls per day to make sales. This creates lots of opportunity for the agent and you don't have to worry about grinding outbound cold calls all day. You will be held to a standard for closing sales but we have a proven training system to get you up to speed.
