Job Summary

Union Bay Risk Advisors is looking for onsite licensed insurance agent located in or near Milford Michigan. To be considered for this position you need at least 2 years of insurance sales and service experience preferably working in an independent agency. Experienced applicants start with a $45,000 base salary with a commission split of 50% on new business and 25% on renewals. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Conduct thorough needs analysis for clients to recommend appropriate insurance products
• Service existing clients managing renewals and providing customer support.
• Negotiate terms of insurance policies with clients, ensuring clarity and understanding of coverage options
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Proven experience in insurance sales & Service either in personal lines.
• Possess an active P & C Insurance License in Michigan
