Acsiom Signature Materials is seeking a Sales Project Manager to lead sales execution and manage customer projects from initial opportunity through delivery. This role is sales-driven , with commission as a major component of total compensation, and requires close coordination with operations and inventory teams. This position is ideal for someone who is results-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning both revenue outcomes and execution details.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage sales projects from inquiry through order fulfillment
• Own sales execution as the primary responsibility, driving revenue growth
• Coordinate with operations and inventory teams to ensure sales commitments can be delivered
• Manage customer communication, timelines, and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Track sales performance, project progress, and key metrics
• Ensure accurate documentation, pricing alignment, and order handoff

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, project management, or sales operations (B2B preferred)
• Strong execution and follow-through skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working with data, timelines, and performance targets
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Self-motivated and performance-driven

Compensation

• Base salary + commission
• Commission represents a significant portion of total earnings
