Commercial Insurance Producer TX Insurance Professional Services has partnered with Farmers Insurance - The Acosta Agency to find a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Insurance Producer to join their dynamic team! The Acosta Agency is a highly successful Farmers Insurance agency with a strong commitment to customer service and community involvement. As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for selling insurance products to businesses, generating new business leads, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance policies and a proven track record of success in outside sales.

Responsibilities

:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, telemarketing, and networking
• Build and maintain a strong customer base by providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any claims or issues
• Analyze customer needs and develop tailored insurance plans
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and insurance policies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify areas for growth
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Requirements

:

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty License (required)
• Strong background in commercial insurance sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in outside sales or telemarketing
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
