Position Summary

: The Sales Professional is responsible for selling hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, swim spas, accessories, water care products, and related services through multiple channels, including in-store, customer homes, phone, email, text, virtual platforms, and offsite events. This role involves direct customer interaction, consistent follow-up, and a focus on achieving company sales and revenue targets. The position also includes daily operational responsibilities such as opening/closing procedures, showroom upkeep, and inventory management. Primary

Responsibilities

:

• Sell hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, swim spas, accessories, and water care products in the showroom and through virtual platforms.
• Engage in virtual and in-person sales consultations and presentations.
• Follow-up on internet, phone, and text leads promptly and professionally.
• Manage and maintain the customer lead database.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing effective and knowledgeable solutions.
• Perform opening and closing duties for the showroom.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and process cashier transactions.
• Complete daily paperwork and prepare end-of-day deposits.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready showroom environment.
• Perform routine water care maintenance on showroom hot tubs, cold plunges, and swim spas.
• Stock merchandise and manage inventory levels; order supplies as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training to build product knowledge and enhance sales performance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

: Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of relevant retail or specialty sales experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Certificates & Licenses:
• Valid driver's license required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of hot tubs, saunas, cold plunges, swim spas, and water chemistry is a plus, but not required.
• Effective communication and active listening skills
