Outside Sales Representative (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission) Miami Water and Air is a premier provider of Rainsoft Water Treatment Systems in South Florida. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality water treatment solutions that enhance the health and well-being of our customers. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential , along with the flexibility to choose a commission-only structure for higher earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through company-provided leads , referrals, networking, and self-generated opportunities.
• Conduct in-home water tests and sales presentations to educate homeowners on the benefits of Rainsoft Water Treatment Systems.
• Recommend tailored water treatment solutions based on individual customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, home improvement sales, or direct sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly.
• Highly motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing time and sales territory effectively.
• Valid driver 's license and reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is required.
