Design Consultant

Duties

: - Meet with clients to discuss their customized window treatment design needs and preferences - Provide expert advice and guidance on design concepts, materials, and color schemes - Create layout designs using CRM tool - Touchpoint (training available) - Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback - Collaborate with sales team to upsell additional products or services - Maintain knowledge of current market trends and design styles - Ensure accurate and timely completion of all design projects - Organize and maintain design samples and materials. - A Close the sale and collect payment for the sale. Skills: - Strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of design concepts and upsell products or services - Fluency in English, to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele - Proficiency in layout designs - Familiarity with Touchpoint point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing orders and payments (training will be provided) - Knowledge of the market trends in the design industry - Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
