As a Sales Consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate new business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Demonstrate high-level product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales potential while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions. Experience

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data.
• Experience in automobile sales or dealership environments is a plus.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for engaging diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
