We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager from the staffing industry to lead and grow a high-performing sales team in Miami, FL. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, hiring, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 plus commission
• OTE: $90,000 - $140,000+ (Top performers $150K+)

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a sales team
• Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent
• Drive team quota achievement
• Prospect and build relationships with decision-makers
• Sell temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions
• Conduct consultative presentations and in-person client meetings
• Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Negotiate pricing and close high-value contracts

Requirements

• Staffing industry sales management experience
• Sales management experience managing 5+ team members
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Proven success exceeding team quotas
• Experience managing and scaling sales teams
• Revenue responsibility of $5M+
• Miami market experience Schedule
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 100% Onsite in Miami Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
