Qualifications

:

• Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain - we can help!)
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Naples area Job Details
• Schedule: Flexible | Monday - Friday | Weekend availability
• Work Location: Hybrid remote (Naples, FL and surrounding areas)
• Travel: Up to 50% (Preferred)
• Experience Level: Entry-Level to Experienced

Compensation
