Responsibilities

• Actively engage in prospecting and onboarding new customers to contribute to the company's growth objectives.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable products and services aligned with their requirements.
• Foster long-term customer relationships through diligent follow-ups and sustained engagement.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the team to establish, track, and achieve marketing targets.
• Utilize a customer-centric approach to guide clients through available insurance options, ensuring a tailored solution.

Requirements

:

• Connecticut Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with persuasive presentation abilities.
• A self-driven and enthusiastic team player possessing strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Experience:
• 2+ years prior insurance sales experience
