• 2+ years of social work experience.
• 2+ years of home health experience (caregiving is a PLUS!).
• 2+ years of face-to-face marketing / sales.
• 2+ years of verifiable work history with the SAME employer (U.S.- based).
• Ability to pass a fingerprint scan + drug screen on Day 1.
• You have a reliable vehicle & are willing to drive throughout Tri-Valley. - Here's the Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM + occasional weekends - What You'll Actually Do:
• Visit hospitals, rehab centers, senior facilities & build relationships w/ potential referral sources.
• Be the face of our home care agency in the Hayward community.
• Attend events, job fairs, and community meet-ups.
• Set your own weekly outreach strategy - then go make it happen.
• Keep tabs on trends, leads, and opportunities.
