Location: Naples, FL (Relocation assistance available)

Compensation

: $60,000-$80,000 per year + commission

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated

  • Outside Parts Sales Representative - Heavy Duty/Diesel
  • with strong industry knowledge in parts, engines, and applications. This role combines relationship management with proactive lead generation, leveraging both our customer database and new business development opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Visit and service existing customers using provided database
  • Generate new leads and expand market presence
  • Provide knowledgeable support on heavy duty parts and applications
  • Utilize technology platforms for sales leads and customer acquisition
  • Maintain reliable transportation for customer visits (approved travel expenses covered)
Qualifications
  • Heavy duty industry knowledge (parts, engines, applications) required
  • English fluency; Spanish language skills a plus
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
  • Familiarity with software such as Fullbay, Shopmonkey, or NAPA TRACS preferred
Benefits
