Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a commercial insurance book of business.
• Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, and strategic sales activities.
• Provide responsive, knowledgeable service to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Work closely with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Maintain organized records and uphold the agency's ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Commercial Insurance Experience: Proven success in commercial lines sales or account management.
• Carrier & Market Access Knowledge: Strong familiarity with multiple carriers, underwriting guidelines, and available market options.
• Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, close business, and consistently meet production goals.
• Client Service Skills: Detailoriented, responsive, and dedicated to client satisfaction and longterm relationship building.
• Professionalism: Organized, reliable, and ethical in handling client accounts and agency operations.
