Company Overview

Summary We are seeking a Corporate Sales Administrator to join our team at our Corporate office in Union City, CA. This role is vital in supporting our sales operations and ensuring excellent customer service as we continue to grow our automation and machine tool solutions. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a consistent in-office presence two set days per week.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, purchase orders, and update CSA checklist for post-sale support
• Send PO's to vendors for machine, options and accessories
• Ensure funding is secured
• Prepare and send down payment invoices for machine sales
• Prepare and send invoices to lending companies for machine purchases
• Coordinate 3rd party delivery requirements
• Coordinate freight and rigging logistics to minimize time and cost to customer facility
• Update SO with vendor assigned serial numbers and creates customer assets
• Coordinate installation with customer and service to be scheduled
• Back up phones for parts/service including answering incoming sales calls

Qualifications

• 4 + years experience in sales administration or related roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery or automation systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to be flexible and positive with change, with a can-do attitude and roll-up-your-sleeves approach to anything that comes your way. Enthusiastic, resourceful teammate who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma required; Associates' degree preferred.
