We're looking for an Experienced Internet Sales Associate to become a key member of our fast-paced internet sales team. If you have dealership sales experience and excel in communication, we want to meet you! We are seeking dedicated individuals who can deliver extraordinary high- quality customer service. What We're Looking For:

• Automotive sales experience required
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Experience with Eleads CRM preferred
• Bilingual proficiency is a strong plus
• Proficient in follow-up and answering calls
• Professional, courteous communication style

What You'll Do

:

• Answer inbound sales calls and respond promptly to online leads and inquiries
• Engage prospective customers via outbound follow-up
• Record-keep customer information and relevant notes in Elead CRM
• Conduct negotations and cultivate organic sales traffic
