Sales Representative - Big Rapids , MI All Weather Seal of West Michigan All Weather Seal of West Michigan is a family-owned, A+ BBB-rated home improvement company with 40+ years of success across Michigan. We're building depth in our mid-state markets and looking for driven sales professionals in the Big Rapids area who are comfortable traveling and owning a large territory. This role is ideal for gritty, self-reliant individuals who value independence and want to be rewarded for effort and consistency.

What You'll Do

• Run company-provided, pre-set in-home appointments (no cold knocking)
• Present premium windows, baths/showers, and roofing solutions
• Build fast rapport, uncover needs, handle objections, and ask for the sale
• Close deals in the home using a proven one-call-close sales system
• Manage pricing, contracts, and documentation with confidence and urgency
