• Ongoing training and career development AMSYS Insurance Agency, a division of AMSYS Group, is seeking a motivated and licensed Health Insurance Sales Producer to join our Houston team. This role combines outbound sales and customer service, with a focus on meeting sales targets, building client relationships, and servicing active policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell Health and P&C insurance policies to individuals and businesses
• Prospect new clients through provided and self-generated leads
• Prepare quotes, present policies, and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales goals and performance targets
• Support clients with policy servicing, renewals, and billing inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service

Required Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License (Required)
• Property & Casualty License (Preferred)
• 5+ years of insurance or sales experience
• Strong closing, presentation, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, energetic approach
• Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle rejection
• Must reside in Houston, TX and work onsite

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred)
• Experience with AgencyZoom and/or AMS360
• Familiarity with commercial auto policies is a plus
