• 2+ years' of retail or equivalent management experience.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week including morning, evening, and weekends.
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Build effective relationships with associates, peers and supervisor to develop a high performing team.
• Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to give, receive, and implement feedback.
• Strong communication and organization skills. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Mastering the Guest Service Associate role and leading by example.
• You're responsible for supporting a profitable business--focusing on creating genuine connections that foster customer loyalty, love of the brand, and strong community engagement.
• Managing the Reservation Books in a fast paced environment and handling the daily flow of the center
• Demonstrating EWC products, and explaining our Wax Pass, Products, and Prebooking benefits.
• Assistant managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
