JOB TITLE: COMMERCIAL LINES CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (CSA) - PROCESSOR REPORTS TO: Operations Manager PRIMARY ROLE: Day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned Commercial Lines accounts QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:

• Property & Casualty License
• 3 years' insurance brokerage or equivalent experience. Knowledge of all lines of commercial insurance
• Thorough knowledge of brokerage operations including claims handling, procedures, commercial lines rating, agency management system, and applicable insurance laws/codes
• Experience and expertise in operating in electronic environment; Applied EPIC knowledge is preferred but not required. Excellent automation skills, Outlook, Word, Excel, document management software, carrier proprietary systems, and phone systems
• Excellent time management, organizational and verbal and written communication skills
• High degree of self-motivation and self-direction DUTIES:
• Check in policies & endorsements
• Run & Review MVRs
• Generate certificates and EOPs
• Update applications, assemble loss runs, and other underwriting information to submit to insurance companies.
• Prepare proposals, binders, auto ID cards and renewal certificates
• Check in policies when received per agency procedure.
• Contact customers to obtain necessary underwriting/claim information
• Receive phone calls or e-mails from customers for policy endorsements and process per agency procedures.
