Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in automotive sales and be fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the car buying process, from initial contact to final sale
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our inventory and vehicle features
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and customer service

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in car sales (used or new vehicles)
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record Schedule
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• One day off per week (Sunday)
