Sales Specialist - Miami | $60K-$100K+ OTE + up o $2,000 Sign-On Bonus Location: Miami, FL Schedule: Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts | Weekend Availability Required Why Join SleePare? What You'll Do

:

• Drive showroom sales by meeting and exceeding goals
• Deliver expert product guidance and personalized recommendations
• Build strong customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
• Process sales, orders, and payments with accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment
• Stay informed on industry trends and support local marketing efforts Who We're Looking For:
• 2-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (mattress or furniture sales a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and team-oriented
• Weekend availability required
