What You'll Do

• Be the First Impression: Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Generate Leads: Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.
• Set Appointments: Skillfully schedule showroom visits for sales or service.
• Manage Our CRM: Accurately log all customer interactions and update information.
