Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers inside retail locations
• Provide product details, answer questions, and help customers find solutions
• Process sales and service transactions accurately
• Keep the retail area clean, organized, and customer-friendly
• Stay updated on current promotions and product offerings
• Work with your team to meet weekly goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work a full-time schedule
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
