Summary We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Agents to join our dynamic team in Kansas. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping customers find their ideal vehicle while contributing to our commitment to outstanding service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

( Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs.

• Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information about vehicles.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively.
• Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up with leads.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
• Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

( Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in automobile sales.

• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices is advantageous.
