Braman Miami is actively looking to add Pre-Owned Sales Advisors to our growing team! You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and ensure a smooth sales process. Responsibilities

Include:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand and present detailed information about pre-owned vehicles to customers.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the purchase.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends.
• Follow up with potential customers and existing clients to build and maintain relationships.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Qualifications

:

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $200,000.00 per year
