Sales Representative We are a growing commercial cleaning company providing services throughout the entire state of Florida. With recent investments in new equipment and infrastructure, we are expanding and looking for a motivated Sales Professional to take an active role in leading and growing our sales department. This is an in-person position based at our office in Winter Garden, FL. Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm

Compensation

:

• $36,000 per year base salary + Commission structure
• Payment every 7th and 22nd of the month. (via direct deposit) Payment organization:
• Days worked between 1 and 15 paid every day 22
• Days worked between the 16th and the last day of the month paid every 7th

Responsibilities

:

• Generate and follow up on sales leads
• Develop new client relationships across Florida
• Manage and grow the sales pipeline
• Work closely with management to improve sales strategies
• Represent the company professionally in meetings and presentations
• Help structure and strengthen the sales department

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in sales (B2B experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
