We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role involves both outside and inside sales, with a focus on B2B interactions. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and effectively negotiating contracts to meet sales targets.

Duties

• Conduct outside and inside sales activities to generate leads and close deals.
• Perform cold calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Negotiate terms of sales agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
• Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our software tools.
• Provide feedback on product performance and market conditions to help refine our offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or a related field.
• Strong skills in cold calling and lead generation techniques.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
• Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
• Proficient in analyzing market data and trends to inform sales strategies.
• Familiarity with sales management software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
