About the Role

We are seeking a polished and proactive Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing Private Client team. This individual will be responsible for managing a book of personal insurance clients, providing exceptional service, thoughtful coverage guidance, and hands-on claims advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day servicing for assigned personal insurance accounts
• Build lasting relationships with clients and carrier partners
• Prepare renewals, re-marketing, and coverage reviews
• Advise clients on coverage needs and risk-management best practices
• Handle endorsements, billing inquiries, and claims coordination
• Collaborate with our internal team to deliver a seamless client experience

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of Personal Lines account management experience (Private Client or High-Net-Worth experience preferred)
• Active Illinois P&C license (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills
• Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic preferred)
• Desire to work in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment What We Offer
