Genesis of Mountain View | Full-Time | Onsite We're looking for a sales expert. Someone who consistently performs at the top of the board and knows how to lead a client relationship with authority, precision, and care. If you're a closer, a strategist, and a trusted guide all in one, you might be the Brand Specialist we need. As a Brand Specialist, you are the anchor for the showroom experience. You lead from the front, set the tone, and close the deal with precision and care. What You 'll Do

• Manage the full sales journey from first contact to final delivery
• Deliver tailored experiences that build long-term relationships
• Assist clients with skill and confidence, knowing how to close without pressure
• Support and collaborate with Genesis Pros to structure deals, answer product questions, and
• drive showroom energy
• Stay sharp on all Genesis and Hyundai models, with particular expertise in luxury
• Maintain an organized pipeline with proactive follow-up and high accountability You Might Be a Fit If

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year in automotive sales
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work weekends and evenings
• Professional presence and a genuine interest in people

Compensation
