Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior roofing or construction sales experience, thrives in a commission-based environment, and excels at building trust with homeowners. This role offers unmatched earning potential for driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage roofing sales leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking
• Perform roof inspections and accurately assess damage or repair needs
• Educate customers on roofing solutions, insurance processes, and project options
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Guide homeowners through the sales process from initial contact to contract signing
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong communication throughout each project
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Prior roofing sales experience required (or strong background in roofing/construction)
• Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and outdoor work
• Strong closing skills and confidence in a commission-only structure What We Offer
