Join a President's Elite-ranked insurance agency for 10 consecutive years. We manage a large, established business book and seek a dependable, client- focused Customer Service Representative to join our high-performing team.

• AAA/ Meemic experience bonus $2500 (after 90days)

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general inquiries
• Accurately process endorsements, payments, and documentation
• Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Work closely with agents and internal staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Why Join Us
