If so, we want you to join our team as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will cover our Wytheville territory in Virginia.

• What you'll do
• Representing the company with honesty & professionalism at all times
• Maintaining your sales call schedule & calendar
• Use CRM & keep up to date
• Awareness of Cenvar's scope of work & the ability to present this information to potential customers; this includes product education, our services & policies
• Using supplied materials & tools in your sales presentation
• Maintaining a professional appearance
• Customer follow ups
• Attendance at weekly sales meetings
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
• Endeavoring at all times to give our customers the best experience possible
• Developing customer relationships & providing unrivaled customer service in order to build new business, increase branch profitability & further brand loyalty & recognition

Qualifications

• Two years sales experience, preferably working in a construction, farming, service based or similar industry
• Must be physically able to get onto roofs & inside of attics while following defined safety procedures in order to make estimates
• Ability to be trained on & use company software
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Promptness
• Ability to make cost estimates
• Must have an acceptable driving record & be insurable under the company policy
• Background check must be free of felony convictions
• High School diploma or equivalent
