Compensation

: $45.000-$60.000 (base salary + performance bonuses) Schedule: Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Saturdays l 11:30 AM - 2:00 PM At Dental Design Smile , we believe confidence can transform lives. We're seeking a driven Call Center Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of 10-15 patient coordinators and call specialists handling consultations, appointments, and follow-ups. Reporting directly to the Operations Director , you'll oversee team performance, sales process discipline, and service quality while fostering a results-oriented culture grounded in coaching, accountability, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly goals: consults booked, show rate, conversion to procedure, and revenue.
• Conduct daily huddles, weekly 1:1s, and pipeline reviews , providing live call coaching, objection handling, and script optimization.
• Track and analyze KPIs (response time, contact rate, conversion, AOV/revenue, NPS/patient satisfaction) and take timely corrective action.
• Manage team schedules, forecasting, and reporting to ensure coverage and speed-to-lead.
• Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to align offers, promotions, and availability for maximum conversion.
• Handle patient escalations with professionalism, ensuring trust and satisfaction while meeting business objectives.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements that drive higher conversion and retention.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience leading a sales or call center team (healthcare or aesthetics industry preferred).
• Proven record of meeting team quotas through coaching and performance management.
• Excellent communication, listening, and leadership skills; high emotional intelligence and patient-first mindset.
• Data-driven operator experienced with dashboards, pacing, and funnel metrics.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
