Sales Director - Senior Living An established and reputable senior living community is looking for a Sales Director to lead local outreach, guide families through the move-in process, and maintain strong occupancy levels. This is a full-time, on-site position with a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. We're looking for someone who is warm, organized, and driven, a natural relationship-builder who thrives in a people-centered environment. If you have a heart for seniors and experience in sales, hospitality, healthcare, or a similar service field, we'd love to connect. What You 'll Do:

• Support prospective residents and families through the full sales journey -- from initial inquiry to move-in
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
• Maintain accurate records and track sales metrics
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Plan tours, events, and marketing initiatives that highlight the community
• Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust outreach strategies as needed What We 're Looking For:
• 3+ years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Confidence working with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
• A team-first mindset with the ability to lead initiatives independently
