Summary Description Important: This is a commission-only role. Advance your career as a Showing Assistant by partnering with the top 20% of real estate experts across North America. This position provides a well-defined path for growth, backed by proven systems, essential resources, and extensive coaching and training. The key requirements are commitment and a high level of drive to achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in daily script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
• Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

• 3+ years of real estate sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
