Responsibilities

:

• Pinpoint customer concerns by actively listening to their desired needs and providing a solution
• Communicate the value and benefits of our services, promotions, and products
• Enroll businesses in sales orders as requested during interaction
• Maintain updated customer information at all times
• Follow all standards and company policies while interacting with customers and team members
• Work efficiently with fellow Entry Level Manager team to meet or exceed customer acquisition and sales goals
• Learn the ins and outs of the business to increase skills in this role and develop new leadership abilities
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute new ideas during staff meetings to upper management for discussion and implementation Entry Level Manager

Qualifications

:

• Experience in a customer service, retail, sales, or customer focused role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, meeting customer demands
• Experience with time management for effective results
• Solution oriented
• Excellent active listening and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service at all times
