Job

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain restaurant and foodservice clients across the East Coast or West Coast , including restaurants, central kitchens, small chains, and wholesale customers.
• Proactively visit customers in person to promote the company's foodservice wholesale products , such as fresh ingredients, semi-prepared items, seasonings, frozen foods, and related products, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Manage daily customer orders, pricing discussions, promotions, and new product introductions.
• Coordinate with warehouse, delivery, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and minimize customer complaints.
• Collect market pricing, competitor information, and customer feedback, and provide regular updates to management.

Qualifications

1. Experience

• 2+ years of sales experience related to the restaurant or foodservice industry
• Experience with foodservice wholesalers, restaurant supply companies, ingredient distributors, frozen food companies, or seasoning suppliers is strongly preferred
• Existing local restaurant customer relationships are a strong plus 2. Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and the ability to communicate directly with owners and store managers
• Proven ability to cold-visit restaurants , build relationships, negotiate pricing, and close orders
• Basic understanding of pricing, margins, and sales volume
• Comfortable using basic tools such as mobile ordering systems, Excel, and simple CRM records
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and eligible for payroll and tax reporting.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese. 3. Personal Traits

• Highly results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Direct, practical communication style without overpromising
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to build long-term customer relationships

Compensation

Structure

• Base salary + commission
• Base salary: $2,500 - $4,500 per month
• Commission: based on sales revenue or gross margin (uncapped)
• Mature sales representatives typically earn $7,000 - $10,000+ per month Role Notes
• This is a front-line, field-based sales role , not an office-based order-taking position.
