Overview

: As a Bilingual Insurance Account Representative , you will help customers find coverage that fits their needs while building relationships based on trust and understanding. This role offers competitive pay , growth opportunities , and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities

:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products
• Provide guidance on Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Business Insurance
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage policy renewals and referrals
• Conduct policy reviews and provide expert-level insurance recommendations

Qualifications

:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance licenses (or willing to obtain)
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within the insurance industry
• Must be a team player with a passion for helping others
