Team Car Wash Sales Associate Are you a tenacious, driven sales associate? Are you friendly and outgoing? Are you ambitious - the take charge type who makes things happen? If so, keep reading. A rapidly growing car wash chain based in Central New Jersey is seeking a Sales Associate to drive growth and profitability at the site. We are seeking a Sales Associate who can successfully welcome guests, convert retail customers into Unlimited Wash Club members while maintaining a high degree of engagement and morale. • Proactively manages customer engagement at the car wash
• Works directly with Senior Site Management to make strategic recommendations on process improvements.
• Sets a positive example promoting teamwork.
• Consistently demonstrates the ability to convey the value proposition of the Unlimited Wash Club.
