Our client, a major law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join its team and support a sophisticated commercial real estate practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions involving commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, leasing, and development. You will coordinate and support all aspects of real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and mortgage financing, assisting with documentation and closings, reviewing title and survey materials, conducting due diligence, drafting and editing transaction and loan documents, and ensuring timely pre- and post-closing completion, while also performing legal and electronic research. The ideal candidate brings strong understanding of commercial real estate transactions.
