Vesta Foodservice Headquartered in Southern California is a leading foodservice distributor of fresh produce, dairy & specialty grocery items; with double digit growth in sales and double digit growth over the past 10 years, 800+ employees covering the distribution area of Northern California, Southern California, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Hawaii. At Vesta Foodservice you will be working with some of the most prestigious restaurants, hotels and food service operations in the world. We are currently in need of a NIGHT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Duties

• Handle all incoming and outgoing calls
• General office duties
• Process all orders in a timely manner
• Communicate with Customers, Sales Staff, Vendors and Employees
• Maintain accurate inventory processes & procedures
• Conduct research with inventory to help identify areas of opportunity
• Candidate will learn to process credits, Invoices to Follow & Receiving
• Offer friendly, helpful service with a smile

Requirements

• Good Math & English skills
• Good PC skills, typing & strong 10-key by touch skills
• Bilingual: fluent in English & Spanish A+
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work under pressure and with minimum Supervision
• Previous food and/or Produce experience A+ Work Schedule
• Candidate must be open to work a flexible work shift
• Sunday nights through Friday nights
• Days off are every Saturday and a day off during the work week
• Must be willing to work overtime, if necessary
