We're known for reliable products, responsive service, and long-term customer partnerships and we're growing our sales team. The Role This is a high-volume outbound phone sales role focused on laboratory customers. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective labs qualifying leads, prospecting new business, and helping close service and repair contracts. You'll spend most of your day on the phone, and your success directly drives your earnings. It's a strong fit for someone with sharp communication skills, curiosity about how medical and lab equipment works, and the drive to build a real career in B2B sales.

What You'll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospect and qualify new lab customers
• Follow up via email and LinkedIn to book demos and appointments for senior reps
• Close service and repair contracts where appropriate
• Keep lead and activity data accurate in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Support active sales campaigns and promotions
• Partner with marketing and sales to improve lead generation and conversion What We're Looking For
• 13 years in sales, lead generation, or customer outreach (B2B preferred)
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated, organized, and good with time management
• Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Bonus points (not required): experience or familiarity with the medical, laboratory, or healthcare industry. What We Offer
