Job Description

: Develop relationships with customers, identify vehicle preferences, and make sure everyone has a first rate buying experience. Sales Consultant - Job

Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers and identify type of vehicle in inventory that meets their needs
• Lead customers through buying process using established selling steps
• Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicle on test drives
• Communicate sales price including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
• Close deals!
• Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales
• Maintain owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business
• Prospect to generate a stream of customers that visit and inquire about purchasing a vehicle from you! Sales Consultant - Job

Requirements

:

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Outgoing and persuasive with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• High school diploma or equivalent
