What You'll Do

• Conduct 24 in-home consultations with homeowners daily.
• Provide expert design advice and recommend custom window covering solutions.
• Accurately measure windows and place orders.
• Manage your pipeline with timely follow-ups on all opportunities.
• Build and nurture community connections (realtors, designers, builders) to expand your book of business.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive repeat and referral sales.
• Travel throughout the Greater Sacramento area within a 90-mile radius using your company-provided vehicle.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of sales experience in home improvement, design, or a related field preferred.
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by growth.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Tech-savvy and organized (CRM experience strongly preferred).
• Ability to measure accurately, lift 20 lbs, and work with ladders as needed.
