Grace Auto Sales & Service is seeking a fully bilingual Sales Representative / Social Media Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish , confident working with customers, comfortable on camera, and experienced with social media. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and self-motivated person who wants to grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is not a sit-back-and-wait sales role. The right candidate will be proactive, disciplined, comfortable with visibility, and motivated to help generate business through both customer interaction and digital outreach.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in both English and Spanish throughout the sales process
• Respond to internet, phone, and in-person leads professionally and in a timely manner
• Set appointments and follow up consistently with prospects
• Present vehicles and guide customers through the buying process
• Create and appear in short-form video content for social media
• Produce vehicle walkarounds, promotional content, and customer-focused posts
• Help build engagement and visibility across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow dealership processes
• Represent the dealership with professionalism, urgency, and a customer-first attitude

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred
• Social media experience required
• Comfortable appearing on camera
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and follow-through
• Self-starter with a high level of personal accountability
• Coachable and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience
• Experience creating content for a business or personal brand
