Qualifications

:

• 2 years of personal lines insurance experience
• An active Property & Casualty License
• Strong command of coverage and product knowledge, coupled with a solid understanding of agency functions and procedures.
• Proficiency with insurance agency management systems, EPIC preferred, MS Office, and other database management systems. The

Key Responsibilities

:

• Delivering exceptional and professional service to both clients and producers.
• Help with identifying new business opportunities through outside sales initiatives.
• Reviewing insurance applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Providing ongoing support to current clients while strategically generating future business.
• Accurately compiling data related to insurance policy changes and maintaining meticulous records.
