Ready to build and lead a winning sales team? We're seeking a Sales Manager to recruit, develop, and coach top-performing residential sales representatives in the Cincinnati market. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, wants to make a measurable impact, and is motivated by growth, performance, and unlimited earning potential.

Compensation

: $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission (earn up to 13% on insurance restoration projects and up to 15% on retail projects), company vehicle provided, and significant career growth opportunities. Office Location: Cincinnati, OH area.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential sales representatives.
• Conduct ride-alongs and field training to improve performance and close rates.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard top sales talent.
• Monitor sales activity, pipeline health, and key performance metrics.
• Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
• Support sales reps with customer presentations, negotiations, and deal strategy.
• Partner with operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive revenue growth through both insurance restoration and retail sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales leadership experience, preferably in roofing, home improvement, restoration, or a related industry.
• Strong coaching and team development skills.
• Demonstrated success recruiting and retaining top-performing sales professionals.
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
